VA106483 is a Vasopressin agonist, currently being developed for the treatment of nocturia, this product is currently in Phase 2 stage of clinical trials.

VA111913 is a vasopressin antagonist, about to enter human trials (in 2008) for the treatment of dysmenorrhoea, a common condition in women of childbearing age. VA111913 acts directly on the uterus, and may represent the first of a new type of therapy for this debilitating condition.

VA118020 is a tissue kallikrein inhibitor that is in preclinical development for use in respiratory disorders. It is a first-in-class oral therapy.

KKI is a platform of compounds, the lead of which are entering pre-clinical development in 2008. The compounds work by inhibiting Kallikreins, in a very specific way - to reduce inflammation. These compounds are being developed for a variety of inflammatory diseases.
